The Zephyr has Hull Insurance, with a $500.00 deductible The Zephyr has Property Damage Liability Insurance with a $1,000 deductible. The Skipper is responsible for these amounts in the event of such loss or damage. During a Chapter-sponsored educational activity, the sponsoring chapter is responsible for this amount. A qualified (and listed) Skipper is required to be aboard and is responsible for the control of the boat. Under no circumstances is the Zephyr to be used in a "for hire" manner, whether real or perceived. If there is any question, please contact the keelboat committee directly.
